When will my order be shipped?
Every day we do ship incoming orders. Generally, if it is ordered before 4 pm then it is processed and shipped the same day.
If you have ordered something we do not have in stock, your package will be shipped within 1-5 business days. If it takes longer than 5 business days, we will let you know.
Once your package is ready for shipment, you will always receive a track and trace code by e-mail, so you can track your package.
We do NOT ship on Sundays and holidays.
My package is on delivered, but haven't received anything.
If you are waiting expectantly for mail or a package, it is annoying if the delivery takes a long time. Ordinary mail is normally delivered on the next delivery day (Tuesday to Saturday), but always within 4 delivery days. Good chance that your package will still be delivered.
If you have not seen your package after 2 days, please contact us, preferably by email, so we can contact the carrier and see what the problem is and what an appropriate solution might be.

I gave a wrong delivery address! is.
Provided a wrong delivery address by mistake? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to change the order for you.
Note, if the order is already with the carrier we can do little more. Always check that your details are entered correctly!
We cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered data. We also do not refund packages and/or goods sent to the wrong address.
My package has visible damage upon delivery.
If you receive a package that has sustained visible damage in transit, it is important that you accept the package with reservations or open the package under the supervision of the package delivery driver. Should the contents have sustained damage, a compensation case should be created with the respective transport company (usually PostNL or DPD). The staff of the transport company can help you with this. It is important that you object immediately about the condition of the package and accept the package with reservations.
Keep the box the items were delivered in, take pictures of both the box and the items. Send these photos with a description of what happened within 3 days to info@bmxworld.nl. Include your order number so we can find all the details.

Is the stock on the website listed with the item current?
The stock of our webshop is linked to the stock of our store and sales cart. So the for 99% the stock is up to date. Very sometimes it happens that the stock is not correct, this can happen due to several factors, but we try to prevent this as much as possible.
Some items are suddenly out of stock due to sales, but can be ordered as they are delivered to us quickly or delivered to you through an external warehouse.
Return Policy
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you do not want the order.
Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the store are for your own account. These costs are approximately € 7.30 per package, for the exact rates please consult the website of your carrier.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the unused product must be returned to us with all delivered accessories and in its original condition and undamaged packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@bmxworld.nl.
After the return notification, you have 14 days to return the product and it will have to reach us on the 14th day. After this we will assess the product to see if it is undamaged and unused. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return provided the product has already been received in good order.
Should the product be damaged or used, or the packaging damaged more than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you.
So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it.
Shipping the return package to us is at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for return packages that are damaged, contain damaged and/or broken products, or if the package goes missing. In case of damaged products we will make a depreciation, in case of broken products or missing packages we will not refund any money. You must then turn to the package carrier for reimbursement.
The right of return does not apply to customized items. We will always discuss custom items via email and ask for your separate approval with the corresponding specifications of the product. If the product is manufactured and/or delivered after agreement, you cannot undo this.
Product exchange
Want to exchange your product because you ordered the wrong size or color?
That is not a problem at all.
You can contact info@bmxworld.nl for this. However, you will have to bear the cost of returning the product. Within the Netherlands we will send you the product in another size or color free of charge. We do charge shipping costs to foreign countries. You will have to pay these in advance.
Sending a package with an article (s) to exchange to us is always at your own risk. What is the best way to contact you?
There are several ways to communicate with us.
The most convenient way is to contact us via email at info@bmxworld.nl or via WhatsApp (+31 6 2146 3138) or via the contact form.
We really appreciate it if you contact us in one way. Asking the same question via multiple channels does not ensure a quicker response, in fact, it can cause miscommunication!
So please do not ask the same question via both Whatsapp, Facebook messenger and email.
WhatsApp messages and email messages are regularly checked and answered. Unfortunately we notice that messages via Instagram, Facebook or other social media do not always arrive properly, we do try to keep up with this but it happens that these messages end up in the spam boxes and are not answered. So always send a message via email or whatsApp
Because we are in the store or at an event helping customers, picking collections, processing internet orders and much more, we are not always able to answer extensive questions by phone. Our staff may then ask you to send an email. Not to send you from pillar to post, but to make sure you get clear answers to your questions as soon as possible!
