The D4 series, the king among full-face helmets, expands with a Polyacrylite model featuring the same safety and comfort features as the top carbon and composite models in a price-conscious helmet shell. Details make the D4 the most coveted full-face helmet for mountain bikers, including Mips® C2 brain protection, an air intake system for ventilation and an unmatched anatomical fit.
The integrated MIPS (multi-directional impact protection system) brain protection system is designed to reduce rotational motion transmitted to the brain by oblique impacts to the head.
For comfort, the D4 directs cooling air through a front air intake system that flows through the center polymer and side mesh to keep your head cooler during the ride.
The D4 is completed with lightweight titanium D-rings, a collarbone suspension system and XT2 3D cheek guards with quick-release closure and X-Static washable liner.
