Why should I wear protection?
Protection is important for both beginner and advanced riders. It helps prevent injuries while riding. The most common injuries are bruises, scrapes and broken bones. By wearing protection, such as a helmet, elbow pads, knee pads and gloves, you can reduce the likelihood of these types of injuries. Wearing protection can also increase your confidence, allowing you to focus more on stunts and tricks and improve your performance.
Also, wearing at least a helmet is mandatory to ride on BMX tracks and Pumptracks.
