The XC100 MTB shoes offer an instantly comfortable fit, thanks to the excellent breathability and ventilation holes, you will always have fresh feet during your rides. For a comfortable fit, Shimano has equipped the RC100 shoes with three Velcro straps. The straps minimize weight, reduce fuss and provide a reliable means of adjustment to get the fit you want. The sole of the shoes is a lightweight and fiberglass reinforced. 

Specifications:
- Upper is perforated synthetic leather-composite for superior fit and breathability.
- Three hard-wearing hook-and-loop fasteners spread retention forces across the upper of the foot.
- Asymmetrical Velcro relieves tension at the highest point of the foot.
- Seamless upper shoe ensures snug fitit.
- Lightweight, fiberglass-reinforced nylon sole for good power transfer.
- Rubber XC outsole with competition pattern for a stable grip on the pedal and a firm grip while running.
- Weight: approx. 668 g (size 42, per pair)
- Stiffness index sole: 5
- Compatible with pedal systems, which use cleats with SPD standard (2-hole standard), such as: Shimano, HT Components, CrankBrothers, etc.
