The ICE SWAT fork is made of Torray T700 + T800 carbon fiber (30%), and Kevlar. The Kevlar is usually placed at the joint between the steerer tube and the fork leg.
Here the material is compressed to obtain high impact resistance.
During the impregnation of the carbon wire, graphene is added to the resin for better molecular bonding, for even greater strength!
One-piece casting at high temperature and high pressure for 90 minutes provides a total conversion rate of resin hardening, making our forks some of the stiffest and strongest on the market.

The SWAT Fork is made of a special high-modulus, nano-carbon composite material produced by Torray.
This nano-carbon allows our engineers to make our forks stiffer and lighter, with 27% more strength than other carbon materials and incredible fatigue resistance!

Special ICE Protect Expander (5mm thick carbon pivot) to further protect and strengthen the pivot, (included.)

Notice:
-This fork is not compatible with hubs with small axles of the *way type*.
- Use this fork only with hubs with a female BTR clamp. Do not use the fork with an axle with 10 mm threads!
- A minimum of 40 mm of stacked headset is required to mount this fork
WARNING: Do not cut the steering tube!
BMX World and ICE will never accept a warranty claim for a broken ICE fork if the wrong type of hub is installed or the fork is not mounted properly.
