Description

The ICE SWAT is a high-performance BMX race fork, crafted from a mix of Toray T700 + T800 carbon fiber (30%) and Kevlar reinforcement. Engineered for riders who demand maximum stiffness, strength, and weight savings.

Technology & Construction

The SWAT fork is one-piece molded under high temperature and pressure for 90 minutes, ensuring complete resin curing. The result is one of the stiffest and strongest BMX forks on the market.

Kevlar is strategically placed at the high-stress transition between the steerer tube and fork legs for maximum shock resistance. Graphene is added to the resin during carbon impregnation for enhanced molecular bonding and overall structural integrity.

Nano-Carbon Composite

Using high modulus nano-carbon from Toray, this fork is not only lighter, but also 27% stronger than traditional carbon materials. Exceptional fatigue resistance even under the most demanding conditions.
