Had a crash? At BMX World, we won't leave you out in the cold. Helmets are made to protect you, but after a hard fall, they lose their safety. That's why we developed our Crash Replacement Program.

If you buy your helmet from us and have a crash within 1 year, you'll get a 20% discount on a brand new helmet. Return your broken helmet to us, we'll ensure it's disposed of sustainably, and you can get back on the track feeling safe.

Crash Replacement Program – Terms and Conditions

If your helmet is damaged in a crash within one year of purchase at BMX World, you will receive a 20% discount on the  purchase of a new helmet. The terms and conditions are listed below.

 

Terms and Conditions:
 1 The program is only valid for helmets purchased at BMX World.
 2 The program is valid for up to 1 year after the date of purchase of the helmet.
 3 The program only applies to demonstrable damage caused by a crash or fall.
 4 The damaged helmet must always be returned to BMX World and will be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.
 5 The program is valid once per helmet.
 6 Original proof of purchase is required.
 7 Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or incorrect use is not covered by this program.
 8 The 20% discount can be used once and cannot be combined with other promotions, gift cards, or discounts.
 9 BMX World reserves the right to refuse requests in case of abuse or if the conditions are not met.

You will find several well-known brands so you are assured of the very best materials and quality.

In addition, many of our products are also very useful in motocross, freestyle and downhill. If you have questions or can't find something on the website, please feel free to contact us. You can do this by phone, email or whatsapp/Telegram. You are also welcome to come by appointment to look, feel and/or try on.
