The HT X1F cleats are widely adjustable spring tension offers the HT PRO Cleat System more security for more aggressive riding to prevent unintentional release. The cleats are optimized to be highly resistant to mud in all conditions and compatible with all types of footwear. The HT PRO Cleat System offers 5 types of cleats with different heights and depths and different release options (light to hard).
If there is too much contact with the shoe profile, latching on and off becomes difficult. You can use HT Cleat spacers to adjust the distance between shoe and pedal for an optimal riding experience.
