Troy Lee's D4 helmet is the best in Technology, Safety and Design.
The use of TeXtreme® Spread Tow carbon fiber reinforcements in the shell of the new TLD D4 Carbon helmet helped reduce the weight of the full-face helmet by nearly 50 grams without sacrificing strength.
Despite the weight reduction, we were able to strategically add EPS to increase strength and durability.

The integrated MIPS (multi-directional impact protection system) brain protection system is designed to reduce rotational motion transmitted to the brain by oblique impacts to the head.

For comfort, the D4 Comp directs cooling air through a front air intake system that flows through the center polymer and side mesh to keep your head cooler during the ride.
The D4 is completed with lightweight titanium D-rings, a collarbone suspension system and XT2 3D cheek guards with quick-release closure and X-Static washable liner.

- Separately placed X-Static® & XT2® precision fit headliner with 7 anchoring points give you an optimal fit
- EPP Collarbone impact system; an embossed area that reduces forces in the middle portion of the helmet where shoulder/collarbone impacts occur
- Lightest Carbon DH/BMX Race helmet TLD have ever built at 1000g (+/- 50gm and Size M)
- Titanium D-Ring closures
- CERTIFIED FOR: ASTM F1952 DH MTB, ASTM F2032 BMX, CPSC 1203, CE N1078, AS/NZS 2063
- Comes with a deluxe helmet bag.

This helmet is designed and intended exclusively for use in cycling activities, including BMXing, mountain biking and off-road cycling.
